Hotel Bharat Palace

9th March 2025 Had a wonderful dinner over here. Good food and good service. Paneer Malai , as a starter was marvellous. One of the best, I ever ate.

Horrible experience. I checked into Bharat Palace at 4.30 am on 02.02.25. I had to pay a full day's rent for the early check in, but that's fine. On checking in I complained about yellow urine stains on toilet seat, hairs all over bed, stains on bedsheet, pillow and blanket. Someone has even spit pan masala inside a drawer, and Noone even bothered to clean. They told me they would send the cleaning stall to clean the toilet as soon as he arrives. Till 4pm I repeatedly asked them to send someone, buy they delayed everytime saying he will come in 5 minutes. At 4 pm I asked them to change the room or even degrade my room at the same cost, but they denied even after having many emply rooms in the hotel. At 5 pm I was in the hotel for almost 12 hours unable to use the toilet. I left the hotel at 5 pm after paying one days rent. Food was really good, but too spicy and oily for me.

It is located right on the busy highway so if you want a peaceful sleep, ask for a room on the rear side. The rooms are spacious but could be more clean. Service and staff behaviour is good, so is the food.

Quite a decent hotel at a very good price in a very town. The restaurant food was especially wholesome and the staff were very attentive.

A very bad experience of food, the chef has no idea how to cook well. Also aware about the process of cooking food.

staff behavior is rude specially the restaurant manager talk as he the boss. not recommended for family.

Delicious food with kind of varieties. I have visited the restaurant multiple times and celebrated birthday also. Good place to visit with family. I love the veg lollipop of Bharat Palace. Location of the restaurant is good & easily accessible. Taste of the food is also good.
