The staff was unprofessional. The receptionist was too casual. They rudely told me to check out at 7 in the morning, which I found to be rather impolite.

Good rooms. Does not have a restaurant, but has room dining service. Venue is very suitable for weddings, birthday parties and celebrations. Ample parking space and a swimming pool with kid's pool available.

This place is good only if given a good decoration. They have plenty of space to be utilized and have quite some number of rooms. Their rooms are good and designed well. One of the worst part of this resort is the staff at the reception. Their hospitality is disgraceful. The management needs to heavily improve on staff.

It's a perfect place for dream wedding...Being in Neemuch If you have a plan to organize big indian fat wedding this place is for you at very good price range. Resort and all its room are very clean and new brand. Behaviour of all floor staff are very cordial and they will make sure your comfortable stay at resort. Everything is rossy here except the manager treatment towards guest which turns the whole awesome experience into awful one. Recommendations to Owner : Please provide hospitality training to manager and make him aware that he is a manager of the best resort in town. At no cost he can be rude to guests. Deducting rating only because of the manager behaviour and indeed a basic training to him can help him and resort and most importantly improves guest experience.
