I didn't even want to give 1 star but to write a review I had to give 1. WORST hotel in the history where the staff don't even know how to talk to there guests. Can't even ask for something because you might be afraid of there attitude. The rooms were very small wrt prices they are quoting. Will never suggest anyone to stay there.

I recently stayed at this hotel which, unfortunately, left me with a string of negative experiences. Here is a brief review highlighting the various shortcomings I encountered: Unhygienic room: The room I was provided with lacked proper hygiene standards. It was not well-maintained, and cleanliness seemed to be a neglected aspect, making me uncomfortable during my stay. Lack of cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. Dust and dirt were visible in various areas, giving the impression that thorough cleaning had been neglected. Uncomfortable beds: The beds in the room were far from comfortable. The mattresses were worn out and provided inadequate support, leading to restless nights and discomfort. Rude staff behavior: Regrettably, the staff members displayed a consistently rude demeanor throughout my stay. Their unprofessional conduct and lack of basic courtesy added to the overall negative experience. Misleading return policy: Upon booking the room, the hotel failed to inform us about their return policy. When we tried to cancel the reservation within five minutes, the staff responded with uncooperative behavior and informed us about a non-refundable policy. This lack of transparency was disappointing and created unnecessary complications. Unclean bathroom with water issues: The bathroom facilities were far from satisfactory. Not only was the bathroom not properly cleaned, but there were also issues with the water flow, which further exacerbated the discomfort of the stay.

They try to make fool the people at bus stand itself. I got in trap of the hotel person. The room was bad than a hell even my pets room are more clean. I didn't stayed here and left the room immediately.
