Average motel experience. The location is the biggest plus point with the budget cost being very good! The main points that need improvement are cleanliness of bedsheets and blankets. One industrial washer and dryer to wash all the beddings would do wonders to this motel's experience. There were also random trash bottles scattered in the hallway. :/

Bed Bug Problem (Khatmal hai) The biggest issue at this hotel is the bed bug (khatmal) infestation. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Immediate pest control measures are urgently required.

Rooms are small but good. There is absolutely no 'service', room is given, on demand towel and soap is given. I stayed for six nights but no linen change, no regular cleaning of room and toilet even after requesting. Blanket provided was torn at several places. Though I agree that at 900-1000/- per night AC room, one can not expect five star service yet the basic cleaning of rooms and toilets and change of linen atleast once in three days is what I expected.. every now and then water tank goes empty and one has to rush to reception to get the water supply back. If you are in toilet, God save you.

On may way back from Pune to my home town Parasia during lockdown, I decided to keep myself in quarantine in Hotel Satpura. I am grateful of all the services they provided. Very humble and responsive staff. Taking a neat care of hygiene and periodically sanitizing floors. I am amazed with such services at reasonable price. Best place to stay. Cheers!
