OYO 45945 Hotel Ujala Palace

Workers and managers talk respectfully. And good for family but if you are local and you wanna go with your partner. It's not for you. Actually in all hotels of ratlam local couples are not allowed. And cleaning is a decent bedsheet, blanket, room etc. The price and rooms didn't match. And thank you for understanding people. But i give 10/10 for great understanding and humble nature of manager.

If you are staying for 1 night than this Hotel location is good its near ratlam junction,service was good but rooms and bathrooms are not much good no water in bathroom pipes,hope they renovate it and make it good.

Room Service is poor. Even basic amenities are absent. No daily cleaning of the room and washroom. Washroom sanitary things are so dirty and unhygienic. No intercom in the room.

Worst hotel ever, no ventilation in room or washroom, water in the washroom smells like gutter ...you can not stand in washroom for 5 minutes as it smells like hell.....as there is no ventilation there no way for the smell to get out ...Also the rooms are dirty , bedsheets are spoiled. I'm attaching the pic of stained bedsheet . I don't even want to know what caused that stain.
