Hotel Samta Sagar Palace

Have both good and bad things to say about this place. Corridoor had a weird smell when we reached. Bedsheets were dirty but hotel management was happy to change. Bathroom had all necessary toiletries. Restaurant had good food for the price. Parking was okay and in the morning lots of pigs roaming around. Would recommend for one night stay if you are passing through the city buy not beyond that.

We had a night halt at this hotel. The rooms are really comfortable and service levels quite fine for such a small town. We had soup and snacks for dinner which were again surprisingly good. The hotel has a narrow entry but a large open parking at the back which was useful for us.

Value for money. Was in Suite Room. It’s huge and good, but bathroom taps not up to standards. Parking available. Decent breakfast. Decent Dinner. Attached with 2 restaurants.

"I recently stayed at Samant Sagar Palace and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was impressively neat and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day out. While the food was on the average side, it’s important to note that they do not serve non-vegetarian options, which might be a consideration for some travelers. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for a clean and well-located place to stay."

I think this is the one of the best Hotels to staywith family in Ratlam. I was looking for Hotels to stay for overnight and couldn't find decent hotel in Ratlam. Then I visited couple of Hotels to know No Availability. Samat Sagar also was not available but after an hour my wife called and somehow we got room. Hotel entrance is not very attractive ut have ample parking space back side which seems safe as Guard was sitting there. I can not except more than this clean room in Ratlam. Its super clean. Bedding too was spotless and without smell. Most interestingly washroom is sparkling clean and with Hot Water 24 Hours. This Hotel serves in room food. Has Lift and boy will help you get luggage to Your Room. We had a pleasant stay here. However I suggest Reception could be more welcoming to guests. Thanks for your service.
