Very nice place. Clean and calm. Superb hospitality, good food and amazing property. The best part is that my pet dog enjoyed the most. He was loved and cared for instead of the usual norm of people being scared. Thanks!

Excellent place to stay with family and truly value for money . Recently stayed twice at Heritage conventions center. Very clean rooms and toilets. Food was amazing and also at reasonable cost. Ample parking space. Internet also was working well. Only constraint is location as it's bit inside Sagar, but otherwise everything is positive about this place.

Everything about the stay was perfect. Its a hidden gem in a place like Sagar. The food was excellent and so was the service. We just stayed the night as a stopover on a 2 day road trip from Delhi to Hyderabad but one can easily stay for longer.

The Heritage Convention is an excellent property to stay in Saugor. Located away from hustle bustle of the city, the property is situated in an open environment with view of mountains and fields all around. It encompasses a huge area with a royal themed building and grand driveway. The quality of construction is superb with top notch specification items used for building fittings. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The staff is courteous and responsive and the food is also good. A recommended stay in Saugor for both family and official visit.

Great property though bit inside from highway but the overall facilities it provides, the greenery for morning walk, the XL size rooms and balcony view. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Breakfast options are limited but tastier and fulfilling.

I had a terrible experience at the Heritage Convention Hotel. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional, especially towards female guests. The food quality was poor, and the room was in bad condition—far below expectations. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly asked to check out early, even though my checkout time hadn't arrived. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
