Room not venitilated, washroom smells a lot. Service is extremely poor. only location is good. otherwise hotel is not

A well managed hotel, tasty food and well behaved managers and staffs with a beautiful lawn and cozy rooms is enough to be the most sought hotels of Sagar. I had been there many times and it is really amazing.

Booked my rooms online 990 but when we went to check in they told us that these rooms are over 2000 now and we have to pay more than double for the same room we booked. Then when we shows them our booking they said that the rooms are not available even though they just showed us. They then said if we didn't like that to go to another hotel that was shown to us and it was disgusting. The whole room was dirty and smelled like urine, the sheets were unwashed and the bathroom was filthy. This has to be the most disrespected I have ever felt. Not only to be lied to to my face by the staff here after we had already booked a room to stay in the middle of the night but then wasting not only our time but the disrespect they showed. I have no words for how unprofessional and disgraceful this "hotel" is. Never book this hotel.

I came here to attend a marriage reception. Although the food was good. Need more cleaning in and around the hotel.

👎Looking at the options available at sagar this hotel is steeply priced. 👍The rooms are of good size and the ground floor at least is renovated to modern standards. 👍The AC wasn’t working and I had to clean it myself as the staff had no idea what could be the problem. 👍They have their own parking 👍food tasted Ok 👎Couldn’t see a dining room so had to eat in our room 👎food wasn’t brought in a keep hot setup 👎tea was served poorly 👎there is lack of coordination among staff We checked in at night and some one told about how the billing etc. would be done and later while checking out the next morning the morning staff had no clue what we are talking about. Average family run business with no care to improve hospitality. I won’t go here again.

Verse arrangements.. We attended family function here last weekend. In evening peak of function power gone. Power back up is not working properly cz generator had no fuel ⛽.. Staff will go for purchased fuel after filling generator tank n then, power was managed.. In this tantrums 30 min was gone in peak of program we all feeling shamed in front of outside relatives.. Can you expect this from Professionals
