The ambience was nice , polite staff. The rooms and WC were also clean and spacious. Easily accessible from railway station. Tarriff was also reasonable. Good option in Sagour

Room is neat & cleaned properly. Hotel staff is very supportive & friendly. Bathroom & toilet is also cleaned properly. Location wise it's on walking distance from Sagar bus stand & railway station. overall it's nice to stay here.

Despite all negative reviews, I opted to book this hotel as no other hotels looking decent nearby .. And I must say hotel is good in term of Rooms, location, and service .. Rooms and bathroom were clean too.. AC,hot water, tv all things were working properly.. service was good though.. Just a negative point I came across was about toilet Don't know why but toilet was not up to the mark, seems bit smelly and dirty.. Overall a good hotel in small city like Sagar ..

Very bad wrost experience Booked and paid by MMT app but when we get in for check in they denied our confirmation and asked me to call MMT to talk to him. very nonsense . behaviour of manager was very rude not guest friendly. Should Black listed from all booking app.

Good bed. Not mainted to desired level. Bath room not very clean. Staff was responsive. No restaurent but can provide food as room service. Specially the poha was very testy.
