Minus -10. All doors are closed, No reception room Or receptionist were there. I have arrived 4am and called several times but no one responded till 4.45 am. After that time one person picked my call and told me - main kisi ko bolta hoon but usne kisi ko kuch bola nehi. And he kept the Phone Switched Off. I was still there for next 15 mins. Then I left the hope to enter the Hotel and went to search another hotel. My room was already booked there and the money I think will not be refunded.

No staff. No body to listen. Forst they will take order then they will deny ki nahi hopaega.. na hi parking h yahan

Worst of stay for the price we pay.staff is very rude and unprofessional.. The bedsheet and blankets were very dirty and the plates of food were not clean .. I'm sharing the picture which I've clicked on the water tank.. the water for the bath was very dirty like when I opened the tube the coming water was yellow and dusty.. the TV and AC were not working due to not rechaping.. I've gone through with this worst experience..Be careful.. if anyone has more money then go and waste ur money here

The staff was very unprofessional.. I've visited with my mom nd brother they suddenly changed the amount at the time of checkout.. nd also the staff of this hotel including the manager was miss behaving with me nd abusing my brother to pay the full amount which they changed at the time of checkout otherwise they'll do fake FIR.. Guys don't visit here .. they don't have manners how to talk with the customers also with the ladies.. Be careful

My family had very threatening experience here.The staff is very unprofessional. They suddenly doubled the tariff at the time of check out. They surrounded our family and started threatening to pay the full double amount or else they will file fake theft FIR. My family had 2 ladies, so they got scared and paid full amount. People please be carefull while booking any local shabby hotel. No working TV and very dirty water also.

In the heart of city, clean rooms with friendly staff , best place to be if you looking for a stay close to city locations the staff helped to navigate the location and checkout without any hassle recommended, Room was good... But they didn't provide any soap and towel... One should have to ask for it...Tariff of the room was 1500 and it was showing on mmt as 2300...MMT need to fix it...food price was also good..
