Hotel Agrawal Midway

I was traveling from Surat to Ujjain and when I feel hungry near Navapur I have started to search good restaurants with clean washroom but not a single hotel is up to the mark. So I got address of this hotel in khetiya. This hotel gives you fresh food and you should try atleast a cup of Tea.

Service was pathetic. At 8 pm, no tea/ coffee/ fresh lime soda/ sandwiches/ cheese garlic toasts were available (despite being listed on the menu), and the waiter wasn't the least apologetic about it. The tomato ketchup container could surely have been cleaner and well maintained. It was in a sorry state and killed my desire to use ketchup as a dip. The paneer pakodas and onion pakodas were the only saving grace. Masala chaach could have been a lot better. Worst of all, the waiter didn't get back the full change and tried to extort a full ₹50 as tip. We would have gladly tipped him if the food and service had been better. To add to this list, the restrooms were stinky and dirty, which is a big negative point for highway restaurants. Overall, I'm hugely disappointed with this restaurant.

Very good service and courteous staff. They are humble and always there to serve you. Taste is nice and rates are competitive. Worth a visit for Sendhwa locals as well as highway commuters.

Average food at affordable price. The hotel 🏨 is good option for travellers seeking night stay. The tariff is bit on the higher side

Huge waiting time but food quality and taste was awesome. Good clean toilets and good location of hotel. Overall good experience.

The place was decent in comparison to other available options on this route. 3 stars are only for the food and ac hall. The staff acted irritated.

Service not good at all. Don't rely on the fake good reviews this hotel has received. The manager Manish does not have any manners/etiquettes and doesn't respect his customers. Very poor hygiene, the utensils were dirty. Dispite on multiple requests, no one listens here. Service is very slow. Don't go on the infrastructure of this hotel it is totally opposite of its food and service We respect our driver and we took him with us into the hotel. The manager was not quite happy with it and his behaviour was clearly visible, which shouldn't be the case. Also experienced his disrespectful behaviour while we were making the payment. Moreover, the owner hid this exact same review I had given from another account, which is something they should be ashamed of.

I didn't stay there was Transit stop towards Indore ... Good tea... But the owner is bit rude
