OYO Hotel Tarun Residency

It was a very worst experience. There was pan spit in the room and bathroom and flush is not working in the bathroom.. even after telling them no one came to clean the room and the worst thing is I found condoms behind the bed.. and there was a very bad smell...curtains are very dirty... I don't know what to say... It's like hell... Aj tak asa hotel nhi dekha ... But majburi me rehna pad rha h.. jab unhone room handover Kiya ..tb room bhut Ganda tha ek dum 3rd class room tha, workers se clean krne ko bola ... Mrko samjh nhi aaya ki kya hi safai ki h unhone... Even mne khud room ki safai ki ... I don't recommend this hotel guyz...

This is overpriced, under-served Hotel, keeping Shivpuri in consideration. Average size rooms with small size bathroom. (Rooms in Bombay would be bigger than this) Hotel does not even provide free drinking water in Room!! The answer from reception was "you need to buy water if you want to drink water" No one turns up even after reminding 2 -3 times at reception personally.. The general attitude of Sr. Gentleman at reception was - we have already obliged you by giving discount.. and will serve when possible. Seems proper cleaning of Bathroom was done a month ago with stains all over. Overall property is good but attitude is reason of spoiling the whole experience.
