I recently stayed at the Raj Palace Hotel in Shivpuri M.P., and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is overpriced, and its quality doesn't match up to the cost. *Room Quality* I was given a small basement room, approximately 8x8 feet in size. The bed was damaged, and there was no TV in the room. The cleanliness was also subpar. Charging ₹1,200 for such a small room without basic amenities like a TV is unacceptable. *Additional Amenities* Another major issue with the hotel is that it doesn't provide complimentary water. If you need water, you have to purchase it separately. This is an extreme example of penny-pinching. *Customer Service* The customer service at this hotel is non-existent. My issues were not addressed, and I feel that the hotel management needs to focus more on their customers' needs. *Conclusion* Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Raj Palace Hotel Shivpuri. The hotel's quality and customer service are both poor. Very nice hotel service and Staff. Mr Shubham at front office is very Cooperative and looks after guests very nicely. Always had a very pleasant stay at Raj Palace Shivpuri

A decent hotel with food availability. You can plan your normal stay and can request in room food service or can have it in their restaurant as well.
