Hotel Paras Residency

Terrible Experience – Stranded at Midnight! We had a horrible experience with Hotel Paras Residency. As tourists, we called them at midnight to confirm our stay, and upon reaching the hotel, no one even bothered to open the door! After waiting for a long time, someone from the staff simply told us to “go back”—at midnight! This is completely unacceptable. Where are travellers supposed to go at such an odd hour? This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional and irresponsible, especially towards tourists. @Uttar Pradesh Government @Uttar Pradesh Tourism—is this how visitors to your state are treated? Hotels should be held accountable for such negligence. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

It was the wedding function of my family. The trip was very thrilled, I was all alone travelling to a new place. I was from the bridegroom side and there I reached in the very morning directly from the railway station to the Residency. It was quite nice place. I got the room on the 1st floor corner room. The view from there was really fabulous. I want sleep but the Ginger tea and balcony view didn't let it. I stayed there for nearly 30 hours. Services were also good there.

Shud maintain hygiene nd cleanliness.. Must clear there rooms before the guest come, they don't have proper arrangements for the rainy season water fills in the room
