Maa Sharda Palace

I would like to mention that this hotel is perfect in all senses. Perfect place, perfect value and service. I stayed for one night here during my office work visit. With reference to price for a room i am sure there is no other hotel available in ujjain in comparison with maa sharda hotel. Also you can find a most famous dhaba named Meghdoor just in a walking distance with bar and restaurant

Rooms and big and clean, good for family. Parking is inside the compound. Food can be ordered from restaurant which is opposite to hotel and they deliver in room.

We booked this hotel because of its rooms looks and parking facilities. However my experience is pathetic. I am writing this review at 1 O Clock in the night. Pls never stay here with family. They charge heavily for rooms and also accomodate cheap customers for dormitory to encash the tourists business. The customers keeps disturbing with loud , nuisant and unruly behaviour. It's 1 O clock and still there is no peace in the hotel. We couldn't sleep. When I made complaint 3 times to the reception. They say nothing to such nuisant customer's and keep telling us to adjust. सर छुट्टी है लोग थोडे तो एन्जॉय करेंगे ही.I have reached Ujjain by road after a journey of 8-9 hours and still not able to get a sleep due it's cheap customers and un coperative management.

You people dont have experience of hospitality because in India, any star hotel provides complimentary breakfast or Instant Coffee/Tea because a kettle is been provided in every room and no others basic needs. Even the bedsheets, pillows are dirty and very bad service overall. I dont recommend this hotel any tourists. We are not happy with your service plus the organizers who arranged this pathetic hotel.

Rooms are well arranged, clean and over all good.. bed is super soft.. 🤩🙌 one thing they must kept in the room is slippers.. it is must when you go to washroom and walk around anyway and sleep on bed .. that's unhygienic.... Otherwise Good... Would recommend to stay👍🙌⭐

It was a pleasure to stay here. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was "king-size " and very comfortable for sleep. We often visit your place. We are happy with kind service. we get all the times. Keep up the good work..!!
