Very poor Management and staff is not supporting. Also don't have manners to speak with elder customer... specific "govind singh". They not guide hotel direction and denied booking confirmation. Initial govind denied my confirm booking, After following with help desk support govind confirm my booking... my family and grandparents waiting outside hotel till 12 pm night... it is too late we can't book another hotel. During check out, they are charging me extra due to 30 min delay to do check out. My strong recommend to everyone... please avoid this hotel

Rooms were smelling awkward. Though the behaviour of staff was polite. No early check in allowed even if the rooms were empty.

Extremely bad room condition. Door is not getting closed from inside which is a most basic requirement. AC remote not working. Toilet seat broken. Bedsheets and pillows are dirty. Bad smell of cigarettes is coming in the room and there is no ventilation. The road to reach here is congested and location is wrong in the map. No service person is helping us.
