Excellent stay. Staff is very cooperative. They are always ready to help & guide in best possible manner. Rooms & bedding are clean. It is near to Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple & Mahakal Lok corridor. Hardly 5-10 mins easy walk. Food was also good. Highly recommended for family and groups.

Exceptional Stay! Highly Recommended We had a wonderful experience staying at Mahalok Palace. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean. What really made the stay special was the staff. Every team member—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, welcoming, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Special thanks to Arun and Team for the personalized attention and great hospitality. Location is great it just a few minutes walking from hotel to Mahakal Temple. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Staying experience was amazing. Clean room with all the facilities. Staffs are so cooperative and they will make you feel like family. They will guide you well if you are there in Ujjain trip. Owner is very very humble and good human being. All in was awesome. Must stay there without any hesitation. It's a very nice place to stay.

Worst hotel I've stayed in Ujjain hotel mahalok palace. very moist rooms not clean &fresh .LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS HOTEL. RESTAURANT NOT AVAILABLE Near this hotel . Ac not working properly. Water in bathroom constantly running due leakage. The rooms are not as per the website, it's too bad. I could stay in this hotel only 15 to 20 mintus after that I left , it was too unhygienic. Not recommended at all...too bad to stay

Had lunch at this restaurant, staff was not friendly and waiter behaved very rudely while noting the order. After receiving the order also we were not able to communicate our concerns about roti or water as the waiter was not responding appropriately. He was more interested on serving big tables. Also, quantity and taste is not worth the price.

I Stayed here for 2 days with my 1.5 year old baby and family. The stay was very good and the Staff is so polite and helpful. Owner is very helpful and kind. They have arranged milk for my baby in the midnight also. Temple is at walking distance and auto is available outside the hotel anytime. Rooms are neat and clean. They do cleaning twice a day and maintain higiene. Owner itself arranged a cab for omkareshwar to us in a very reasonable budget. Overall the best hotel to stay in Ujjain.
