Shivalay Homestay Ujjain

Our stay was just okay. *Staff Behavior:* The housekeeping staff, especially an elderly uncle (unfortunately, I forgot his name!), were very helpful. However, the reception boy was quite rude, which was disappointing. - *Room and Amenities:* The room was decent, but the bathroom and toilet were a letdown. They were unhygienic, not clean, and extremely small. The toilet area was so cramped that my knee would touch the toilet seat while using it. - *Overall Experience:* While some staff members shone, others fell short. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, space, and staff training, this hotel could improve significantly.

Excellent ! * Rooms are clean and spacious. Family friendly. * Service is Topnotch (Especially Staff Ravi and owner) * Location is perfect for stay. It is located in within 500m from railway station and 1 km from Mahakaleshwar jyotirlingam. Situated in main road with parking space. And lots of shops and hotels nearby.

Room was good like home and clean but bathroom was horrible. There was a partition between bath and commode. Commode room was so small that your leg will hit the door. There was jam in bath and water was not flowing properly. Location was good and in market.

Rooms are good as per price range, cleaning and maintenance are also very good. Service is excellent they are devoted towards caring and supporting to their guest/tourist. Location of the room is perfect Mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga is within 1 km and Ujjain railway station is within 500 mtr. I will always prefer to stay here while visiting Ujjain. Room honour and staff is very supportive, excellent in nature and friendly.
