Hotel Padmawati Palace

Average hotel and room. The service is very bad and rudely behaviour with guest. Also the water bottle is not available. Room is very dirty and I have found empty coldrink bottle in room. And most important thing is they cheat for Air conditioners after booking. So that don’t book this palace in UJJAIN. Book any other palace.

I have booked this hotel one month before travelling to ujjain for mahakal but due to some emergency last minute I have cancelled my train ticket and hotel booking ...manager is very good in this hotel he understood my problem I have paid half amount he had refund all my amount same day cancellation ...this is amazing Thanks alot for this Next time whenever I plan ujjain I will book same hotel ...

Best hotel in Ujjain. It’s newly open very much clean, WiFi and hot water available 24hrs. They are very humble and help us arrange cab for roam around. Price wise it’s bit higher but it’s totally worth it we got big room for 4 adult n 1 child
