Hotel Nakoda Palace

I booked room for my parents . They gave a room without a window , non working TV, no water in washroom . Dirty room and linen. When they insisted to take money back better room as in booking was given. They are cheats . I will complain to ease my trip too

As a travel enthusiast, I have been to many hotels, but this was probably the worst experience. My family and I had booked for two nights, but the condition of the room made me leave in just one. There are no vents in the bathroom and everything smells musty while the corridor reeks of cigarettes. The room looks nothing like the pictures and is very dusty. The sheets are oil stained. Upon asking for new sheets, we found they didn't have any clean sheets. The blankets too are coarse and dirty. The television screen was partially damaged and the side table had splinters. There wasn't any remote control for the air conditioner. The water bottles were unsealed and refilled. We only stayed because we arrived late at 11 at night, but we were unable to sleep due to constant sound of traffic. The first thing we did in the morning was find another hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are much better hotels down the Indore road so please do not consider this one.

Wrost place forever. Staff behaviour is not good. Owner has no value of customer service and satisfaction. Room are dirty. Badsheet , bathroom are very dirty. No hygine No anything. Please if you want stay in ujjain then you prefer footpath and another place. But not come here. Staff are careless and owner was more and more . They allotted firstly other room and after 6 hours they said us to shift in other room which is in other building. The one star is also very much if there are option of zero star then I used that. In one don't go there

I recently stayed at Hotel Nakoda Palace in Ujjain, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel also provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Nakoda Palace for anyone visiting Ujjain, especially if you're looking for a comfortable stay near the railway station with excellent service. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Very unprofessional staff behaviour, worst service, dirty room, unhygienic washroom , Ac not working properly, Walls are so dirty, Unbearable smell in washroom and room too, no wifi (even they admit that wifi will be provide) no water, When we asked for water to them.. they filled a rail neer bottle and gave us. Please don’t visit this hotel at any cost. You’ll get a better hotel near railway station at same price. They are looting people without any concern. Service like 500 rupees room and charged 1500 .. I don’t know how online booking apps don’t check these type of hotels before using their services. I’ll give it 0 star. Forgettable experience

It was a good place for the best experience and the staff was also helpful , if you want to stay for a day or two or more , then this is the best place for ujjain and staff also guide me for bhasma aarti darshan... Best for travelers who need a cheap room... Some services are not available but according to the rate this is the best place ...

Beware from fake mentions, dont waste your trip and money. Unhygienic property, in 45° C temperature, after booking AC room they shut down AC from outside, AC also not cooling and they dont provide the remote for AC , Bathroom was small and very bad even no mirror is there, after promising for free wifi, this property doesn't have wifi.
