Even 1 star is not worth it. They have charged us 2800 bucks for AC rooms, where rooms are ok ok and bathrooms are the worst with leakage and it chokes every now and then.AC did not work as expected. It's not the hotel for humans but for rats.The rats cut the zip of our branded (Sky Bags) trolley bag and when we raised the complaint they ignored it. When we asked them to refund the money of repairing the zip, they said they are not responsible in the first place and when we forced them they denied the same.They do not have the courtesy at all.They just bother about the money. When we went to the repair shop he asked for 700 rupees for the original zip.We requested the hotel owner to bear the money, he started arguing,then we asked him to pay at least 50% he said put the local zip instead. Highly Imprudent and inadvisable. Bad experience. Worst worst worst.

Best hotel in Ujjain as in mid of city in freeganj area ..best service best cleanliness ,best behaviour ,reasonable cheapest value for money class hotel in Ujjain near to mahakal lok . Very near to mahakal mandir ,best in class ,in posh area freeganj ,walking distance to railway station ,at teenbatti choutha near towr chowk ,elite class hotel ,cheap and value for money , Near to most famous sethi laptops store jaha log dur dur se second laptops aur 2nd mobiles aur gadgets lene aatey hey Jo youtube pe bhi viral hey

I was initially astounded when I was given a 4 bedded room when I was traveling solo, however, I later realised (not 100% sure) that all their bedrooms were 4 bedded. The staff are very friendly and informative. Its also very economical and location is very central. For eating (veg) I would recommend Sagar restaurant which is walkable distance away. The negatives are cleanliness can improve considerably and though the bathroom was huge the toilet area was crammed. This hotel is suitable for budget travelers and big families.

The hotel is near to the railway station. Staff is very humble and helpful. They have all facilities like lift, parking, cafeteria, hot water and other housekeeping services. Thank you so much Ashish Ji and Varun Jain ji.

This hotel is nice it has got rooms which are almost OK when you are visiting Ujjain for visiting temples or for just business trips because there are cheaper rooms available on other sites and apps suggest trivago or MakeMyTrip or even Goibibo but this hotel is near the railway station and it has got good connectivity with the others around.
