Hotel Shikhar Inn

I was there with my family for Mahakal darshan. I advice not to select this place. It is a horrible pleace. Do not select this hotel. The rooms are very bad. They don't have a lift. Very small and a takay pleace.

Very very poor service and staff is very very bad, They have no any kind of responsibility about customer booking, Once customer booking their hotel then they total tension free, then all the tension need to take by customer instead of Hotel staff, I dont know about Owner behaviour but manager to downword staff all are with aerogance. Even they not respond even though you call 50 times they respond only 1 time, I Strongly never recommended this Hotel for any time from my end

3rd class hotel in simple line We stayed it 2 days back, and booked the AC room. The room was provided by them was non -AC And there were no water supply. Staying for 1 hr also was very difficult for us. Kindly don't stay here. It's worst hotel in ujjain

WORST WORST WORST hotel, pathetic service. They only care about money. Poor and dirty mattresses, dirty washrooms and please stay away from this hotel especially from Make My Trip.

The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation, their professionalism and warmth were truly commendable.

If you coming alone, I can recommend this hotel but not with family. I liked their service more than the room, Pleasing Staff, Devraj, Arjun, Pooja, they are really good staff. It's walkable distance from Temple. From station ask Char Dham.

Location of this hotel is quite good, walking distance from Mahakaal temple and harisidhi temple. good to stay.

Very unhygienic rooms, staff are very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Never recommend this hotel to any family.
