The only thing was good is location otherwise the hotel was wors hotel it was not for family they charges us 1400 per room but their service and room values 600 rs no service is provided the staff behaviour is very bad they didn't even provide water in room you have to go outside for water and bathroom was way to small dont visit this hotel

Seriously this is a worst place...toilet seat, wash basin even taps were leaking...bed sheets, blankets and pillows are like not washed since years...don't go on uploaded photos...

Room was very bad dont visit as you can see in photos the room and bathroom is terrible and staff behaviour was also not good at all and there is no room service provided

The bathroom was small and not clean, and there were no basic things like a hanger, and the taps and soap dish were broken. Even the toilet seat was not working. We made a mistake by not checking reviews and booking the room late at night. The owner lost our Aadhar card but found it after searching for 3 hours. The water supply inside the hotel was not good, and we had to go outside to get water. The staff were cheap and looked at my sister in the wrong way. I don't recommend booking this hotel.

Very bad experience at hotel, No Cleanliness of room, No bucket in the bathroom, No Dustbin in the room, Rudely behaviour of staff.Double cost was taken through online booking. Waste of at this hotel. extra 500 Rs taken for early check in. I wish never to go this hotel

First of all this is not a hotel., It's a guest house. Secondly the maintenance of room and washrooms is nil, they don't maintain at all. The rooms are dirty, bathroom are the dirtiest. Water is leaking from the tap. The bathroom is so small that if you are bathing in it then your hands will be touching the side walls and the water that you bathe will be falling inside the bath bucket. The tap of the basin is not working, when I asked them to repair it they just said the plumber is coming but he never came in my period of stay, the mirror has never been cleaned and after saying also they didn't cleaned it. I would have given less than 1 star is it would have been possible. We just got in the trap of staying here just because of its proximity to the Mahakal temple. And they charge too high, actually all the hotels or guest houses charge high here in this place. And the money they charge for the rooms is not worth it. And when we talk about the service, there is no service. You have to bring your water in the bottle from the water cooler that's place outside the guest house. I will never suggest it to anyone. Didn't liked it👎

very bad experince with this hotel mahakal sagar staff is asking for more money and rudely behave washrooms are so dirty and even toilet seats are not working . i request you to all please dont check in this hotel

Firstly, staff is very cheap. Drinking water is not provided in the room, one have to go outside the hotel to fill the water bottles from the water tank. Staff is very careless in handling the identity proof card, they misplaced it.
