OYO 60653 Hotel Paradise Residency

The worst place at Ujjain. First of all they take only cash. They don't even accept Gpay. They don't give a bill. Plus the attitude of the staff is very horrible. Cleanliness is strictly ok. Will never ever recommend this place to anybody.

Very Rude behaviour of staff members. They are not providing extra pillows, blankets after charging for it. Water bottles provided by them were filled with totally non filtered water. All the management were not knowing about the Time value. Bed are not enough for 2 peoples. Shoe stand not provided in the room.

Worst experience ever. Please don't stay here. The staff is very bad and diplomatic. They charge extra charges at the check out time. And the owner doesn't cooperate with anything. I would suggest not to opt for this hotel ever.

This hotel deserves a zero star review due to the lack of hygiene. The service was very poor and unsatisfactory. The bedsheets were extremely dirty and unwashed, there were black marks all over the sheets. The blanket was even worse, it had a huge yellow stain. Pillow covers were ripped. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. The hygiene in the room was very poor. Even the staff behaviour was no where near humane. For instance, when we called the reception for soap, the staff member just threw the bar of soap through the door and walked away like some wild animal. We also ordered a towel with the soap but they never gave it to us. They have no interest or concerns in any compliants they receive from customers. Overall this hotel is horrible and I would not recommend.

Hotel Paradise is near to Mahakal corridor my experience with this hotel was not satisfying at all... I stayed recently there my room was clean but the basic things were missing in the room, like tv was not working and they don't provide you coffee machine or electric kettle and you have to pay extra each time you order something and room services were poor

Room Quality was better , washroom was also not good, room service was not good and no arrangement for food service at the hotel , and it's location is somewhat 1-2 km away from railway station at a quiet place. Manager was also not cooperative and only cash payment no online payment option was there.

Service is bit lax, rooms are good, could increase the cleanliness, all rooms are fitted with Western toilets only. Toilet/Bathroom is small. 2 bed rooms are spacious, 3 bed are bit cramped. Have a parking space for 2 as well as 4 wheelers. Location is bit interior. Pricing is high for the facilities which are bieng provided. No resturent facility within the hotel but have collaboration with annapoorna.
