Hotel Maharudra Palace, Ujjain

Worst service I have seen in my life. Managers there rarely care about the customers. The phone number for help was switched off and the bell switch was not working. Found cockroaches in the wall corners. Worst experience ever!

Rooms were not so clean. Used bedsheet were there, staff only changed the pillow cover after intervention. Well most of the Hotels nearby temple are like this only. You can rarely find any clean hotel in this location.

Worst hotel and experience provide drinking water bottle in glass cleaner bottle I had upset 😢 stomach after that no customer service bad staff unprofessional and uneducated. Dirty rooms, pathetic washroom. Even charges are so high.

Service is very bad...no hygienic no cleanliness.. bedsheet is very dirty n very dirty smells from blanket. The behaviour of the staff is rude & staff themselves says that they are not staff of this hotel, there is no security of the visitors. Only charges is high and no service.

Very poor rooms, dirty bedsheets, Cockroaches🪳. Bathrooms too dirty to be used. The prices are hiked insanely online. You can get a room at ₹800 on weekdays and a couple more hundreds on weekends. I would never suggest anyone to stay there, infact entire ujjain is not a place to be. The staffs there are too rude without any reason; since it's a tourist place they know people will come and stay no matter how poor the condition. This is the general condition of entire hotel industry in Ujjain. Greed and commercialization of religion will cause the downfall of Hinduism one day. No surprise a lot of younger folks are walking away from these fraudsters and this religious facade.
