The Room are clean. They have various room options. No kettle in room, but of you ask they give hot drinking water. There is a restaurant on ground floor where you can order Tea/coffee/Milk. Room service is good(I have face issue with All-out and charging point which was addressed Quickly and sorted). Geyser is there in bathrooms. Basic soap and shampoo is given. Most important is they provide the sleeper for washroom which I haven't seems in this price rang hotel. The best part is Mahakal Mandir and corridor are just 2 minutes walking distance(Near to Gate no-4/ Bada Ganpati Mandir). The location is so perfect if you want to visit Mahakal Mandir for Basma Arati(4AM) and avoid Autos or want to avoid travel from hotel to Mandir. Check in time is 10 am and check out is 9am. I have seen notice board on each door as after 9 AM you have to play extra amount per hour(As I checkout early morning I was not have any experience). 5-10 min away from railway station. They not have space to provide any assistant for parking, only 2 cars can park at single time. Please note the Road to reach hotel is very narrow during heavy traffic time (9AM-1PM & 5PM-9PM), it is difficult to reach by car, try to use E-Riksha or Auto for local transport. for Food the main Mahakal Road is very near so you have many options which open still 12:00 AM. They help you to arrange Cab for Omkareshwar, I was taken Swift Dezire.

Very clean room, walkable distance to temple, you get auto as well. Low phone signal. Only tea & coffee available, but hotels are nearby. No complaints. Hotel did help me in booking cab services from Ujjain to Omkareshwar.

Pathetic condition of rooms, overpriced and no proper service. Untrained and unprofessional behaviour of the staff. Bathrooms were horrible and even after cleaning they were in same condition. Hotel reception doesn't have card swiping machine...and network connectivity is also poor. Don't book this hotel. You can book any other hotel much better than this don't get fooled on Make my trip or other travel websites they all have commissions fixed here. For a room of 2000 they charge you 3500. Don't book this hotel it is completely fradulent.

Worst experience! The service was poor . No clean sheets on bed . Torn blankets .No food service available. The fans were not working. And their charges are so high. Also we booked a cab for omkareshwar from the hotel itself and the driver was extremely rude ! We had a one year old baby with us and his car' s horn wasn't working. His tyres got punctured twice on the way. He refused to keep the AC on in traffic jams ( it was mid April and very hot ). Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Location is good, room is average,.No food facility exept tea. Severe Issue in mobile network in hotel. Reception Staff at morning time should be curtious towards guest instead of being rigid

This hotel is quite close to Mahakal Temple. Overall good, however attention is required on house keeping.

The star is basically due to good property nearest to Mahakal temple. Earlier there was a kitchen with very delicious food but they discontinued.
