Hotel Shree Mahakal

Actually 1 rating is enough, if less than 1 rating is there I would like to give it, as this guys are not understanding customer and their concerns. While booking of hotel they are saying something and after that in actual scenario something, while booking they did not mentioned that at the time of cancellation you will not get any refund if they mentioned so I would not booked their Hotel.... In a service industry if they are not understanding the pain of customer then they are pathetic...Due to medical concern in family have to cancel the booking and they denied to refund the amount, if partial not ..... This people are not trustable and viable ...

Rooms are not of equal size. Some are too small and full of beds.
