Worst hotel I have ever stayed... they take their full payment in advance and then provide the worst room..they don't even provide water,you have to pay extra for this... overall all a very bad experience

Horrible experience. I booked a room for 3 people, but when we reached there they provide us such a small room in which circulation is so less, and the washroom are too small, there is no hanger to hang our clothes and no facilities. The amenities they write in the apps is not there and after saying so many times they didn't clean the room properly. In 2 days we change almost 4 rooms in the same hotel, but not even one room is perfect, and we found bedbugs in our beds that is so unhygienic and ridiculous. After informing them about bedbugs they change our room again and we face the same problems again. I'll never suggest anyone to stay there. It was such a bad experience, our entire trip was ruined due to such inconvenience.

I have such a bad experience. We have a booking for three people and when we reached there, they didn't provide us room that were shown in the app. Instead they provide us relatively smaller room with no extra mattress. Bathrooms were awful. No hygiene was there. Toilet seat was broken. Bedsheets were dirty. And even the staff was not listening, when we asked them to clean. And additionally rooms were infected with a lot of bed bugs. We got rashes. Don't opt for the hotel if you don't want to completely ruin your trip.

The worst hotel I have ever had. 1 star because I can’t give 0 star. I booked this hotel from Make my Trip and it seems nice on MMT platform but actual scenario was far different. The rooms are smelling worst, there are thousands of Bedbugs.

Pathetic experience. I have been there with my family (5 people) I booked 2 rooms, but when I reached there, they provided a single room with an extra bed for 4 people and one mattress. When asked for another room they said they have a single room available despite the availability of room. A room beside us was empty but still they didn't provide 2nd thing, the bathroom was so small with no accessories to hang clothes and all. It was such a bad experience. I will never recommend visiting this hotel if you are going with family.

i booked through Agoda on the arrival at hotel they told there is no ac in hotel. for ac we paid extra 300 then they a lot a nearby home stay where no cleaning, poor toilet and no service no water nothing it was our terrible experience . never book from Agoda otherwise there is no one to help you , also money wastage like after paying all amount i g]have to pay extra for the said facility which mentioned during booking.
