The property exudes elegance and tradition, with its 19 tastefully and royally created rooms offering a perfect blend of comfort and heritage. Located within walking distance of the revered Mahakal Temple, the hotel is an ideal choice for pilgrims and travelers seeking both convenience and serenity. A special mention to Mr. Satish Pathak, the General Manager, whose deep knowledge of Ujjain’s history and temples added immense value to our visit. Originally from Ayodhya, Mr. Pathak is a well-connected and gracious host who went above and beyond to arrange special darshans at several prominent temples an unforgettable highlight of our trip. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Chef Jayanta deserves a big thank you for preparing whatever we requested, with warmth and delicious results every time. In short, Hotel Vikramadityya The Heritage is a gem not to be missed when visiting Ujjaina perfect mix of history, hospitality, and divine proximity.

Our stay at MPT Samrat Vikramaditya -The Heritage was nothing short of exceptional! The room was exquisite, beautifully designed with a perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the sacred Mahakal Temple, making it ideal for spiritual travelers. The food was extraordinary—every dish was a delightful burst of flavors, showcasing authentic culinary excellence. The service truly stood out; the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond by assisting with Bhasm Aarti slot booking, ensuring a seamless experience. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend this heritage palace for an unforgettable visit to Ujjain!

Amazing location. You can’t ask for a better place to stay near Sri Mahakal. Everything is new in a brand new heritage hotel. All the staff are great. Met GM of the hotel, very nice person running a tight ship. I can recommend the hotel to anyone who needs good property at the best location in Ujjain. And the review wouldn’t be complete without adding the review of best food we had in any good resturant. Amazing food. Special thanks to the liaison officer Ajay Ranawat for getting Bhasma Arti pass which was a god gift. Thanks everyone for making our stay wonderful.

Smart Vikramaditya Hotel (Maharaja Vada) I must say, our stay at the hotel was a truly delightful experience. It is a newly established heritage hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and supportive. We were very pleased with the delicious food and outstanding service provided by all the staff members. The hotel resembles a palace, and my room felt like a royal suite. I wish them all the best in their endeavors. The front office incharge of the hotel is Mr. Tufan Singh, while Mr. Puran Singh oversees food and beverage. The head chef is Mr. Jayant Sarkar, and Mr. Narendra Singh Sisodia is in charge of housekeeping. Each of them has provided excellent service with warm smiles and hospitality. The hotel is located very near to the" Mahakal Temple and Shipra river. It's a greatest advantage to the" Dharshanarthi " visiting to the Mahakal Ujjain Temple, Madhya Pradesh Lots of best wishes . Stayed at this property for 2 nights and our experience was delightful. This is situated very close to the Mahakaleshwar temple, and perfectly blends the old-world-charm with modernity. The staff is helpful and courteous. The in-house restaurant serves lip-smacking food (veg buffet).

A Royal Stay in the Heart of Ujjain 🌟 We recently stayed at MPT Samrat Vikramaditya – The Heritage Hotel during our visit to Ujjain, and it was truly a memorable experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, which made our spiritual trip even more convenient. The hotel’s heritage architecture beautifully reflects the royal past, yet it offers all the modern comforts one would expect. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with heritage-style furniture. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always ready with a smile and happy to assist with any requests. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious, though slightly on the pricier side — but the quality and service made up for it. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the property was — safe, calm, and very welcoming for kids. Overall, if you’re looking for a stay that blends tradition, comfort, and a touch of royalty, this is the place to be. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ujjain for pilgrimage or leisure!

This is the best location with best services best luxurious place to stay. Kudos to manager and team for putting so much effort in making the stay and also Darshan , Bhasm Aarti memorable for us. Food is very authentic and tasty. All the best will surely come again and recommend

The property is beautiful and staff is courteous. The proximity to mahakaal temple is an added advantage. Beautifully setup property and good indian decor. Lives up to indian heritage. Food was not bad but has a scope of improvement.
