The hotel is 0/10. The rooms were very bad and the bathroom were very bad as per me you should never visit this hotel never very bad experience

Not good experience at this hotel. We booked 2 double bed non ac room and they give 2 small non ac room. No food facility available. No staff to carry laguage to 2nd or 3rd floor to your rooms. No hot water in bathroom they have put i common tap in lobby from where you have to carry hot water to bathroom. No bathroom accessories avaiable. Room was stinky. Bathroom tap was broken. No food facility.

worst hotel. bad stinky room . no food service , they keep menu of some local restaurant which provides worst food , rooms have very foul smell. no room service, they provide boring water , which u can’t drink either. they don’t have water bottles in their hotel. so u have to buy it from market. no cooling in ac. koi saman le jane wala ni rehta 2nd & 3rd floor tak, the guy was very rude and arrogant and denied instantly ki mai abi saman ni le paunga.. no help from hotel reception and management ..hotel management keh dete thik h mat aaiga ab hotel me.. never ever visit here.. worst hotel worst staff ever..after taking money from you.. they won’t give you any service..

The online picture are deceiving. Please beware. The amount they charge is too much for the service. The hotel rooms are not properly maintained. 1. Room cleaning: 1/5 2. Hotel staff: 1/5 - not polite 3. Drinking water: 0/5 4. Ventilation: 0/5 5. Lift: Not available Pathetic experience overall.

This is very basic hotel. They DO NOT have kitchen. If you need even a tea/coffee you have to walk around 1 kilometer. They do not provide in room service for food. The room mattress was very UNCOMFORTABLE. Very old and sacked from multiple places. There are ants in the room. The room do not have any window, so there was no vantilation. You can consider this as a dharamshala, and pay accordingly. they have specific timing for cleaning, so in my case there was no cleaning around 3 days. Hotel is bit away from Mahakal ji Temple, auto charge 50-60 Rs I have attached images for mattress and room.

Family hotel. All basic needs are available. Pocket friendly. Needs a bit improvements in service. Near to Mahakal temple. Market is also near.

Simple ordinary beds. |Bathroom worst. |No cleaning.|No geysers. |Windows Brocken.|No Proper ventilation.|Cost is high as compared to their facility.|No Phone land line phone is available.|No water cooler for drinking water.| just below average not recommended to go there for stay.

This place is not at meant to rate even 1 star. It is more a Dharamshala not a hotel. Worst experience of my life staying in such subtle place with lots of issues of privacy as their ventilation opens in corridors. All time noisy environment. No one could take a nap, sleeping and take rest would be too far. Toiletry was not provided. Bathroom was not good to use. Seal on the walls. Almriha was smelling like nothing. Lights didn't work properly. Ventilation all time open which is the main reason of no privacy at all. No one stays on reception to help you out for any issue. Owner is not the right guy to talk or put forward any view related to any issue. He speaks too rough and abruptly. Nothing is good about this place. OYO should not get associate with such small non standard place as their hotel facility. Its all fake in the name of hotel. Dharamshala and this hotel has no big difference. I suggest not to approach this hotel with the renowned name of OYO. OYO will also not going to help you once you entered there and checked in. What I have experienced there, I really don't wanna visit again at any cost.
