This hotel is located 1km from Mahakaleshwar Jyotirling Temple and approximate 2 km from Ujjain Junction Railway Station. So transportation is required if you are coming with family. Moreover, they provided morning breakfast including Poha(flattened rice), Kachori & Tea. They also provide toiletries items including Soap, Shampoo (2 pouch per person), hair oil sachet and Towel. The area near by this hotel is very congested, so if you are planning to visit this hotel with your 4 wheeler vehicle then please make a proper plan before your visit as only two wheelers can go near to hotel. However, the hotel provide complimentary parking during your stay to near by local government parking area which is 300 to 400 meter walking distance from the hotel. Overall good hotel if you are planning to stay in Ujjain for 1 to 2 days especially if you are single or visiting with your friends Or family (if your family like the hotel). One of the pathetic hotel in Mahakal Nagari. Don’t choose this hotel ever if you are planning to visit Ujjain. Pathetic staff behaviour towards customer. We are going to lodge complaint against them for misleading the information while booking and had to bear financial loss because of these people. People with two wheeler only should prefer this hotel. People travelling with family in own car should not be a right choice for them. I strongly don’t suggest to choose this.

Staff very cooperative Complimentary Poha jalebi kachori and dhokla they are offering Also there kit containing a shampoo shop and hair oil… I enjoyed stay at room number 101…

We booked family suite of 11 beds but it has only one attached washroom..which is so terrifying for 11 members to get ready quickly.

Absolutely disgusting, I was travelling with my friends. They denied us the room stay and referred us as couples and gave humiliating comments. They said they only allow families to stay. The receptionist had no manners and threatened us.

The first thing you notice when you arrive is how clean the entire hotel is. Breakfast is included in your stay and the room rates are very reasonable. Coleen and her staff are just wonderful, top notch service… This hotel is a gem! Well done. 👍

I found this Hotel from one of these travel websites and honestly was totally disappointed.The photos and description will make you feel that the hotel is really as it is shown, closer to temple, main road, well connected, well maintained rooms etc..but in reality it is quite far from the temple and in a very narrow lane with zero access for a car.With great difficulty a local e auto might be able to get in. The travel website ratings are misleading.The room was very small, the service is just about okay for the fairly high room tariff they charge, the bed linen is poor. Other than the door lock there is no other way to secure the room from inside. The hotel needs to pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Very poor hygiene. Their desk staff is helpful and the hotel has a complimentary auto drop that will take you to the outer barricade near the temple after which one has to walk to the temple. They do not have an in house restaurant and one has to go out to have food at a meals point or some other hotel. Also they did not accept card payment
