Hotel Satyug

Our stay at Satyug Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.||The rooms were neat, spacious, and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is its location, it's very close to the Mahakaleshwar Temple, which made our visit extremely convenient. Most important places in Ujjain are easily accessible from here.||The food was also great especially the breakfast, which was fresh, simple, and delicious.||If you are visiting Ujjain and looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable place to stay, I would highly recommend Satyug Hotel. It’s perfect for families, solo travelers, and even pilgrims.

We ordered jain food and found onion inside when we told waiter he said aa gaya hoga, in breakfast we ordered which is made from very old batter so it's tastes different so we returned it.

They really could have done better but I think failed coz of no professional exposure. Horrible rooms filled with cockroaches. Hot water is an issue. No tea coffee machine in room. They donot accept credit card. There is a restaurant attached also still u cannot get morning tea before 9 am. Only the great advantage is their location.

Rooms were quit clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional and helpful. They also give you an option for cab sevice to explore other nearby place and omkareshwar. They have lift, so it is a great value addition too

Had a wonderful stay at Satyug. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, and the interiors are beautifully maintained. Check-in was smooth and quick. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were polite and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Amit kumar Sahu and Vikas Singh Parihar were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of options. Would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Service was absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and there is a guy who works here by the name of Saurav. He also helped us a lot and without mentioning any time in prior morning and late night. Also, they have given us a food. It was a good experience staying here along with the family

So firstly, very poor hospitality and my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff, it didn’t seem interested in assisting guests or making anyone feel welcome. The room was also in poor condition. The washroom was like water is leaking everywhere from the shower area and not well-maintained which was very uncomfortable. There was no cupboard in the room to keep my clothes, which is basic for any hotel stay.AC is not working. Overall, the service and the cleanliness were both very bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Unfortunately this is the first time am giving negative review to something. Operation manager you need to look after your hotel for providing better services to the ones who are coming to stay in your hotel.
