OYO Hotel Harihar

Not comfortable, no wifi, no hot water for bath, no water bottle, rooms don't lock properly, hotel passage is odd.. No service like government dharmsala, Government dharmsala in modified version without proper facility.. and charges are high.. After booking, different rooms being allotted with for lower price.

Worst stay. bad rooms, dirty bedsheets. Dirty bathrooms. We skipped bath here due to dirty. We didnt left as we booked rooms and paid without looking at the rooms. No AC control remote control. They say its fixed to 22 degree. That can not be changed. Worst ever attitude of hotel persons. Dont stay here even if its free.

Very bad experience. The manager is useless. It is bad with the customers. There is injustice with the customers. I urge all good people that just like me and my friends, everyone is annoyed, so please don't come here. What are the words but there are no words worthy of this.

Please do not book hotel OYO, because they has been give me booking to hotel and also collect to payment online, but they had not been confirmed with property owner before booking the room. When I Booked the room oyo through i pay online they give me booking I'd and hotel receiption contact number . I called the this number for confirmation hotel manager said me ower hotel is totally booked. that time I talk to Oyo customer help desk they said me sorry booking not avaible. it's too much problematic. Very bad service oyo booking.

2 rating because rooms were little bit cleaner than others. Staff attitude is horrible, don't expect niceness, have patience and accept what you have, because in ujjain getting hotel is highly difficult.

Price is high but as per price services/ facilities are not good like Very dirty bedsheets, unclean rooms, tv not working, etc.

Mat Jana is hotel m, road per so jana per yaha nhi, ye ka staff or manager sabse gadha hai, attitude bahut he jada Bina kisi matlab Khana pura kharab hai.. Need to close this hotel… otherwise after some time it will close automatically..1 day no one coustmer go there
