On the main highway of ujjan indore. Rooms are Ok. owner n staff are very cooperative and polite but washrooms are not up to the mark. Very small washbasin and very old toiletry.

It is worst hotel I have in my life.Rooms are very dirty.bath no water in morning.bath room outlet blocked.staff service very poor.There no response oon contact no.It took one hour for me to locate the place.The accomodation iis not worth Rs 500/per day.

Location is bad and the hotel itself is in really bad shape. Please don't waste your money. There were broken tiles cockroach and insects, dirty linen, what else to say .

Complete fraud this hotel owner is. I booked a room for 3 days and deposited half of the amount. They sent confirmation and all and then on the day of arrival, said we are fully booked and moved us to another shabby hotel without any of the mentioned facilities. Pathetic experience. Please dont get lured by phony reviews.

Location is on remote place , too dirty , breakfast served in newspaper and poor quality, not edible, poor hygiene and dirty all over . Please don't go and save your money and hassles. Pics for reference. .. once again please stay awayyyy....

Worst .. Fab express cheated showed hotel as turned out be lodge even the hotel name was different than booking. Room were dirty I would give negative 5
