Hotel Krishna Palace

We booked two rooms. One night, the manager suddenly came and said we broke a bed and asked for money. We told him the bed was already cracked and we had shown it to the waiter when we checked in. He didn't listen and was very rude. We were very disappointed with the management.

They are not trusted. I have book one room for two day and when I reached their they said we are not able to see your booking. I showed him booking confirmation and telephone history I talked to them about confirmation and time to reach hotel. They are just cheating people.

While booking thay are telling about their excellent service but after booking no good experience, Very bad rooms with bad smell, no parking for big vehicle and zero service every time need to tell about dirty rooms, dirty bed sheet, dirty bathrooms with smell, even you can not stay a night there. Very bad experience with us, no recommendations to stay there.

Dont visit this hotel first they do not book room without paying No hygiene no Maintaince no at all proper service There are no restaurants nearby. Hotel manager talk rubbish Doesn’t have manners or value of customer’s. Rooms have leakage. No basic kit provided Bad sheets was dirty No daily water bottel provided No breakfast Check picture what is in advertising and what is in real. No room was cleaned This hotel should be shut down or govt should seal this hotel. Specially arguing hotel manager i am going. To attach photos and arreogant manager. Full trip was spoiles i have visited with my infant child and he dosent provide clean and hygenic room. Please do not visit if you want to be safe specially after covid no one wear mask. Bycott this hotel. If possible i will doc what ever possible to close this hotel. #oyo #bycottoyo

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel staff is very coooperative and service is excellent. Quality of food is also very good. Rooms are well furnished and wifi service is also very good. Staying in Krishna palace is a wonderful experience 👍

Very bad toilet, bedsheet and blankets reused given , not ready to change. Totally rubbish facilities. Could not get any help from oyo too.
