Absolutely the Worst Stay – Avoid This Hotel I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition smelled awful, felt dirty, dirty abd torn sheets, and to make things worse, I encountered bed bugs during my stay. I reported the issue immediately, but there was no real support from staff and no staff did not accepted the situation even after showing the bugs infront of them. The hotel offers no proper facilities, and the overall environment feels neglected and poorly managed. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Do not stay here there are far better options nearby that actually care about guests comfort and safety. It was a mistake to book this hotel in a hurry and didn’t saw the reviews.

Worst Experience – Rude & Dishonest I visited Ujjain for darshan at Mahakaleshwar temple and approached Hotel Shri Prem Palace only for a fresh-up facility, clearly mentioning we did not require a full stay. The staff agreed to provide a room for ₹800 for one hour to freshen up, and also promised to allow us to change clothes later in the day when we returned. However, when we came back in the afternoon, the behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They completely denied the earlier conversation, refused to give us a room or even proper space to change, and behaved in a very disrespectful manner. They showed no sense of hospitality or customer support. This kind of misleading promise and rude behavior is unacceptable, especially in a spiritual city like Ujjain where thousands of pilgrims visit every day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst Experience – Rude & Dishonest Staff We paid ₹800 just for a one-hour fresh-up room at Hotel Shri Prem Palace and were clearly told we could return later to change clothes. But when we came back, the staff completely denied everything, spoke rudely, and refused to help. No support, no courtesy — just lies and arrogance. Highly unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

Better to avoid this hotel in ujjain Here people demand high amount after booking .hotel and they wound take any responsibility . maximum they try to rob amount and valuables from room by second key.
