Very Very Bad experience. Very poor Room Condition. Room not clean & Hot water not available in bathroom. Hotel Staff behavior is not good. Housekeeping Staff is very dirty. Over all very bad & poor Experience.

I had recently booked this hotel a night before stay and called in the morning to pay advance . Such nuisance people are they ! I sent my confirmation number through whatsapp and they said they will send QR code to pay. I waited for almost two hours for their reply . I called them again and they acted as if i did not ask QR code . Then they twisted it like there is no rooms available. What the hell!!!!!!! It showed availability and i booked and they do this kinda thing in the last minute . Such a poor quality and worst service i had in my entire life . I will not ever ever everrr recommend this stupid hotel . And please learn how to talk to customer . Poooor and worst customer service . No manners .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience. The service was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, there was a rat roaming around in my room. When I asked for a refund, I received no response, and they claimed they couldn't provide one. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Please be cautious and consider other options."

Worst point: anyone will barge into your room. This happened with us twice where hotel staff tried to enter just to check if room was occupied. Worst experience City Place is a substandard and worthless guest house. The most unhygienic place. Jet sprays not working, fan only runs on 4 speed, the whole hotel stinks

Worst experience of our stay in this Hotel Rats running in room,no proper room services,no hygine , there is an electric panel in front of washrooms where 24*7 sparks can be seen on main line cables,worst food 120/- Thaali but there is nothing good to eat here, atmosphere is not good One feel uncomfortable when enters the Hall. Never book your rooms here And their prices are sooo high though they aren't providing anything upto that rent of room

Worst experience we've ever had. Rooms aren't spacious enough, poor services offered, staff isn't polite or friendly, no maintainance, cockroaches in rooms, filthy corridors, WORST bathroom you'll ever see, no cleaning services provided.

Overall Experience was the worst I just stayed here because the location is nearby Mahakal Tample. Rooms - need Renovation, all things were so dirty and not cleaned. The bedsheet was not comfortable, some fans and lights were not working, Many more things that I can't explain here. Service - worst Service, if we call someone for room service they are taking too much time and asking for tips for room service that was not satisfied. Location - two stars for location because of its nearby Mahakal temple.
