Fraud hotel, don't waste your money for worst experience.Pictures and 3.8 rating is also fraud. List parking in amenities but no parking. You will have walk 1km from smart parking with your luggage. Difficult to locate.Dirty entrance, Dirty bedsheets, rotten walls with leakage. Very small and Dirty bathroom. Shower tap was broken, water in sync was stinking.staff is rude for no reasons.I had booked through goibibo for 2 days and tried to cancel second day but hotel declined rudely. Once you give them money it's gone. When asked staff to change Dirty bedsheets, staff rudely replied that's how clean bedsheets can be. Worst stay of my life.

The rooms were not clean most specifically toilets it was very uncleaned. The room of 4 bed do not have space to keep luggage in the room, it occupies only bed and dirty washrooms. Even the service of this hotel is the worst, u will have to keep asking again and again for a single thing. We had asked them to clean toilets as it was unflushed when they gave us room but they dint clean it not replied back. Also I had to ask them again and again to clean dustbin as it wasn't clean when I got the room, but they dint do that also. At last I had to keep it out. Dharmashalla and guest house are far better and cheaper than this.

Only benifit of this hotel is, it is very nearby mahakal temple. If you book online, you will be treated worst and you will not get refund as well. Never book this hotel from yatradham app. Cleaning is very poor, suffocated rooms. It is better to book Dharmshala at Rs. 600 instead of this hotel.

Stayed at this place while visiting Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. This place has very convenient location if you are looking to stay near the temple. In fact it was just opposite to the temple entrance. I recommend you call and ask for a place to stay at lower floors if you have elderly people with you. The hotel was very pricy with respect to the state and cleanliness. I have stayed at much better hotel near Indore airport at much cheaper cost. The place was really cramped in terms of space. I was staying with 3 other family members and the room was not spacious enough for a family of 4, we paid more than 4000 Rs for a night for a room with additional mattresses on the floor. Service was okay and the person at the desk was really helpful and attentive. If traveling via car, the parking lot was at walking distance. However I would not recommend this place as the path to hotel from Ahilya bai marg was barricaded by police. It becomes difficult to take an auto to this hotel, and most likely you will have to walk some distance to get here. Restaurants were at walking distance to have food.

Location is good, clean room and toilet , but toilets have common ventilation so other noise from other rooms toilets may annoy you. entrance is so small and almost hidden, a small signboard of hotel is there which my be hard to find, parking is not available at hotel you have to park your vehicle at parking opp. side of the road which is chargeable.Staff is polite and helpful. Toiletries and towel provided when asking. overall nice stay.

Very very bad experience, room service very worst they even respond after asking to change the bedsheets they will not provide water too, for relex there is no TV channels subscribed, only the good thing hotel is very near to Mahakal temple, In room AC average and there is hot water. Overall not worth for money. PLEASE STAY IN GOOD HOTEL FOR PLEASENT STAY.
