Hotel Gangadhar

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Gangadhar, just next to mandir, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Keshav Jat and Chatrapal Singh. They ensured I received the best room at a very reasonable price and were extremely helpful with all necessary room services. Additionally, they provided valuable guidance for exploring Ujjain, recommending the top temples and nearby attractions, arranging local travel, and even driving me back to Indore Airport. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and local knowledge truly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended!

Such a worst hotel. They have given us a three bed room which was very congested. Initially they mentioned that the 4 bed room is going to be vacated in an hour and that we can shift into it. So we agreed to stay in that 3 bed room for an hour and then shift to that 4 bed room which is bigger in size. But after we took this 3 bedroom, they have given the 4 bed room to someone else saying, now it is booked. The washroom in our room is also very bad- very small and the door is continuously stuck. If you are inside the washroom, some should give a strong push to the door from outside for the bathroom door to open. The worst part is there is bad cigarette smell in the entire room. Whole night we couldn’t sleep because of that. More worst part is A/C was also not working- after complaining multiple times also, they didn’t take any action and the pathetic part about their stay is that a drunkard was banging our door loudly at midnight 12 and that drunkard is not some outside person but their own staff. Non sense. Please don’t book in this hotel, otherwise you will have to deal with any weird kind of problem which you won’t even imagine

It's near temple which is very convenient. The rooms are a bit small but condition was rather good. The owner received us well.
