HOTEL STAR VILLA

We had to visit temple in the night so were not required to stay at night in hotel. As per the price, the cleanliness was not up to mark, a stinking feeling, washroom accessories need an upgrade. Wash basin was out of the room (ground floor, so avoid ground floor room). Owner is cooperative. Value for money but better maintenance required.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. The location is awesome and walkable distance for Temple darshan, market as it is located at the centre of the market area. Best location. Service and its people are humble enough and good at their service. Overall it was a very good experience. Whoever is planning to visit Mahakaleshwar or Ujjain must visit this hotel for a staycation. Thank You

This property doesn't deserve a single star.... Dirty rooms, dirty linen, stinking washrooms, rude and unhygienic staff, no ventilation in the rooms, high price for the room and services you get. The staff was using dirty laundry to clean my cutlery...I luckily caught him in the act... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

Disgusting room service. It's not worth it for family. Smelling room, no ventilation too dirty, and it's mentioned good on booking.com. it's not an even hotel. I have zero recommendations for anyone.

Kabhi mat book krna yai hotel. Khali room se smell ata hai no ventilation Bed are smelling Staff are very rude We left the hotel within 1 hour after checking. I recommend staying on the road or at the railway station but not staying here. You can get hotel in 500 rupees per day. On booking after check in, cancellation charge is 35 percent. Day booking charge is 1500 but cancellation charge taken was 1700 Very bed smelling room Please please never ever book this hotel. This review is based on practical experience after checking.

Location is good but there have not parking. Hotel is worst. Quality of rooms are very poor. Toilets are very bad condition. They charge very high price according to their rooms. Gutkha stain on wall of hotel

This is my absolutely genuine and honest feedback. Pethatic lounge, it's not an Hotel first of all, The Rooms were so smelly and bedsheets were very dirty, Definitely not not Family at all, I have booked 3rd floor and on second floor bunch of boys drinking alcohol with open gate, the Hotel is very congested and stairs were small, wet floors always as I have seen in last 2 days, The behaviour of staff was rude and there is zero room service, Pathetic management, the worst part was that i have to request them to give me the bill, but they don't bother to give any invoice. honestly suggest families or devotees not to opt this Hotel, as there are multiple options you may have in same vicinity in less price. I have been travelling since 2012 but this is my worst experience so far, Consider this as a genuine and honest review.

Very Bad Hotel Star Villa I booked room from booking.com Hotel Owner says room is not available When the room is not available, then why have you kept it listed on Booking.com?
