Hotel Vrandavan Palace Near Mahakal temple

Hotel staff is good, service is also good, out family reached to the hotel at night by car around 11:30 pm still hotel staff made our car properly parked and assisted well. Rooms are also good and location is the best just 100-200 mtr to mahakaal temple. Only one suggestion- please install lift, my mother had room at 4th floor and she is heart patient so everytime she had to took the stairs. Overall experience is nice and comfortable.

This hotel is very near to mahakal mandir. About the room rent (1800Rs) it's bit high in comparison to room size and services available. Room was stinky seemed like old smell coming. Bedsheets were very old with stains. Breakfast also not available. But yes AC, geyser and TV were working. Tea, water bottle is available but will be charged. And food can be ordered from nearby restaurants they deliver it within hotel. Talking about toiletries they were also not available including towel, soap which generally other 3star hotels do offer as complimentary services. Hotel staff behaviour was good and hotel remains open so if you come late after darshan and roaming around that's not n issue here. Just be mindful about rent as you need to pay complete rent at the time of check-in, which is very strange. In my experience, I usually pay advance at the time of booking and remaining at the time of check-out but that was not the case for this hotel.

This hotel is good to stay as it is near to mahakaal mandir, the staffs are very polite and obedient to the customer and the service is very good.

If you are visiting this hotel, the room and washroomare very small, The AC is leaking in the washroom ,the commode seat is also broken.The Hotel policy is also wrong full payment is taken at the time of check in ,AC even the remote doesn’t work.I have to call again and again for the AC remote bath towel is also dirty. TV is also does not work and set up box is also broken

Hotel is located near the temple and room is near and clean and good for single/couple/family. Room service is so bad bcz When I entered in room and going to bath and said to room assistant that please bring a cup of tea for me after the bath ( after 30 min ). But nobody came nor asked something like you wanted something ? They charged high price as per the customer's need.
