Hotel Shriram Ujjain

We stayed here for 1 day and booked a family room and a double room. Double bedroom was very small in size and required maintenance. Family hall was spacious with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. They charged extra for early check-in. There's a great restaurant which serves authentic desi food. Overall it's a decent stay but a bit costly.

5 stars for the location. Service and the rooms are not bad. There is a nice restaurant on the first floor which provides delicious and simple vegetarian food. If you need a quiet place within budget to rest after a long and tiring day of worship(LoL, it is supposed to be energizing but it is a lot of work indeed), then this hotel is a good option. It is peaceful and you can relax all day if you want to. The staff were polite and helpful. However, there seems to be no room service. No coffee/tea in the morning or evening. It also gave me the opportunity to explore a couple of options for my morning dose of caffeine. Will I stay here if I visit again? - yes I will.

The Hotel service is very poor. They do not provide a complimentary water bottle even for a one-day booking. Additionally, there is no RO water facility available, and guests are charged Rs. 20 for each water bottle. Moreover, Rooms are very much congested.. not recommended for Family stay, the hotel lacks a canteen. Room service needs to be requested daily, and it appears that towels are not changed or cleaned properly between guests, resulting in unpleasant odors. Furthermore, the hotel does not provide napkins. Considering the rate of Rs. 2000 per day, the lack of facilities in the hotel makes for an unsatisfactory overall experience.

Hotel is very poor in service.They do not provide basic food like tea or coffee.Even if it's there it's not available when you need it. No ventilation in washroom.. unhygienic toilets. There is no room service for cleaning until you call them to do the same. Tariff is too high for these kind of rooms. Staff is clueless about Everything you ask for. Had asked for towels and it was given after an hour .no basic items like soap or toothpaste provided..Overall a bad experience .

Family room is very spacious.. Good food, Bathroom is not that great. House keeping doesn't respond on time. Apart from that decent stay near railway station

Best hotel near railway station and bus station & mahakal mandir with best amenities and services. Most important thing, pure marwadi food in ala kart and thali both are available in hotel.

Good stay for family, neat and clean room , staff was helpful and marwadi food was so tasty and affordable in that area.
