Unprofessional Service and GST Issue* I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. Despite paying for my stay, including GST, I have repeatedly asked the staff and manager for a proper GST bill, but after asking five times, they have failed to provide it. This lack of professionalism and transparency has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about their business practices. As a paying customer, I expected proper documentation and ethical handling of my payment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel due to this issue. Would not recommend for anyone looking for honest service.

We had a such horrible stay at this Hotel. The pictures shown in online bookings are all fake. No hot water, no maintenance, there are bed bugs, dirty mats, no water from taps and the worst is we didn’t even get our complimentary breakfast. This just didn’t happened with us but every customer who booked rooms here had complaints and all changed their rooms multiple times but nothing good happened. This place was far away from temple as well. Overall I was dissatisfied and had very worst experience

Worst Hotel. One star is not worth it. One simple message to owner. If not will to give service dont do such business and fool people who travel such a long distance and come. I will not ask for refund. keep it and do some maintenance. So that family such us wil not suffer. Pathetic. came from Navi Mumbai and reachd at 2am. First room we got in that Washroom doors were broken and AC remote was not working also room was stinking. Second room we got - Flush was not working. AC remote was not working. room was Stinking. Third room we got Window curtains rod was broken, AC remote was not working

I have to write this, I'm sorry. Me, my mom and my aunt got stuck in the elevator, the lights went off and the lift was not functioning. We were stuck on the ground floor, the manager was visible through the small line of the lift, we screamed to get his attention but he didn't respond :) Later, someone from the staff opened the lift door for us and helped us get out. We went to the manager and saw that he was wearing earphones and listening to music. Not only this but the next day when everyone was checking out, we got a bit late and we were packing our stuff and the key was given to the staff, without permission the staff opened the door of our room and made excuses when we shouted at him. Then the manager came and talked to us rudely and asked us to empty the room. Place isn't hygienic AT ALL. We got a used wet towel instead of a new one. Horrible staff, horrible experience.

Even water is not available here and services I have seen ridiculous in my life.so don't come here and waste your money and pleasure.
