Hotel Shree Krishnam

AC doesn’t work, I mean literally it doesn’t work . I am sitting at the reception writing this review and its 2.30 AM because its too hot inside the room. Most probably, I will have to sleep here at the reception as there is no electricity. The rooms are not the same as show in the Image. I tried cancelling the room due to this reason but they denied. The room and hotel is not worth more than 400-500 per day. Instead of booking this hotel, sleep inside your car. That would be much more convenient and comfortable.

I m senior citizen heart surgery patient, staff was very helpful, especially lakhan , they gave me ground floor room and accommodate nicely, location very close 10 minutes walking distance to ujjain mahakal. Safe to walk for 4 am Bhasma puja at Mahakaal temple, room was clean and hygienic . Auto available immediately outside, staff even helped me with luggage . Improvement option Laundry washing machine facility can be made available.

The owner of the hotel is very kind person. Only the rooms and the owner is good. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The staffs do not have any service mentality. The most pathetic thing is check in and check out timing. There is no internal co ordination between the staff. Staffs have no idea how to deal guests with families. Poor service and management. Staffs are ready to fights for little delay in check out even with the senior persons.
