Dev Krishna Palace

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night, only to be told by the manager ,manager and owner was same it's home converted into hotel—who was visibly drunk—that our room had been changed without prior notice. We were forced to manage in an alternative room that was not what we had booked or expected. To make matters worse, the hotel never refunded our money or even attempted to make things right. This lack of professionalism and disrespect for guests is unacceptable. I would highly advise others to reconsider staying here. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort and money. In last police helped us to resolve the issue and we immediately booked another hotel by our own money.

Very comfortable stay.Excellent service and hospitality provided..the staff is cooperative.Keep up the good work ,My family definitely will come again in your hotel ..we recommend others to come and stay here.Owners are very polite and humble.

Hi All, it was amazing experience in Ujjain with Dev krishna palace hotel, rooms are very clean , staff is very kind and supportive. Highly recommend, literally didn’t even get a chance of single complaints everything was so fine and comfortable❤️🥰 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

*Worst experience* I had a terrible experience with Hotel Dev Krishna. Despite having a confirmed online booking , I was denied a room upon arrival. To make matters worse, the hotel manager appeared to be intoxicated and behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This shocking behavior caused significant inconvenience and ruined my travel plans. Such misconduct is completely unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on the hotel's management and service standards. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, as it is poorly managed and unreliable., I have a suggestion -kindly change the name of hotel "dev krishna "in place of madira palace

I visited since last night at Dev Krishna palace .The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.it's was my most convenient and beautiful visit in ujjain.

Very good and comfortable stay Location is average but over all services and staff behaviour is very good and last but not least they increase my check out time with out any extra charge Great job

location is perfect as it is situated away from city noise, but autos are accessible at walking distance, peaceful environment near by, all the services are active and good like lift and cleaning, staff is cooperative, they provide us early check in without any additional charges, room and washroom are clean and functional. Overall good staying experience.

It was overall a great experience, the location was perfect to access to the transportation it is near by Mahakal temple, and also to the Bus stand Nana kheda, they had provided us an early check inn without any extra charges, the behaviour of staff, cleanliness and everything was perfect, will stay in this hotel next time again if will visit Ujjain again ❤️
