Hotel Atlas Palace

Good hotel with very cooperative and helpful staff with reasonable charges. Located at the main road. They have good food too. Very good and polite behavior of the manager and housekeeping. They are always ready to help you, give you a quick itinerary, and can even help to get a taxi. We had a great stay there

The hotel is pathetic. Paints are out, staffs don’t care about customers. Once asked to clean the room then they just took our garbage and threw it outside the door and that’s it. They are surprisingly dirty, smelly and don’t care attitude. Only thing positive is near to station and near to Mahakal but then there are many many other options at same or better rate.

Worst place ever I have seen. Zero hospitality , very dirty place, mattress are torn. Rooms are stinky. Guy on the reception is full time watching phone and you feel guilty of asking him anything. Better to look for other option on same road. You may find it expensive if book online. Go for direct booking not through app.

Sorry for giving 1 star because I don't see zero star option. Everything went very well in Ujjain except this hotel facility. This place is dirty stinky and very dark. We had breakfast complimentary but was not served well citing weird policy. You can have only 1 paratha and pay for the 2nd. Sad staff and the man on reception duty during evening is useless. Go for other options and book directly offline.

Food- bad quality, rice were uncooked, limited or close to no mushroom in mushroom masala Clean- ok Service- pathetic. They denied serving food. Expect customers to take care of this even few members are on different table Management: Dumb and unresponsive. When I complained , they just heard and informed. Shared some Ritesh number and asked me to talk. No card payment accepted. Overall its must no place.

Booked it through Agoda. Worst bed mattress. too nosy to sleep. They did not give us breakfast, even if it was complimentary,, stating some vague reasons. It was not worth the price we paid.

Location is good. Bad room service. Due to seepage you can't stay in a room without AC. Bad smell in the washroom. No lotteries are provided.
