Hotel Avantika Palace

Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms, staff behavior bad, dont book this hotel if u want to off ur happy mood. Tv not working, ac not cooling, foul smell in room and bathroom

We booked hotel for 1 night but check out by same day evening only. Staff was good but his owner behaviour was so rude when I called him for something regarding room related issues he misbehaved on call..dnt have an antique to talk to guests.. They mentioned that hotel is just near to Temple but it will take half n hour to reach there.. location was too far. Office staff was good but will not recommend it just because of his owner attitude..

Average hotel, there is no electricity supply at night and they have no power backup. Overall the hotel room is good and the washroom is clean but it's a waste as you cannot sleep peacefully at night. Confirm before booking. Rating it 2 stars just because of polite and helpful staff. Faced a lot of inconvenience. Really disappointed.

Don't book this hotel ever, pathetic service and there can service is worst, it took 6 hours to reach us at ujjain station from omkareshwar, driver was worst and no response from hotel

All staff are good, Manager Rohitbhai support is good but need to improve highgenic bathroom and room. Room cleaning service need to improve.
