The staff is not good Even they charge for water bottle as well. No cleanliness in room and they take advance before even entering and seeing the room. The amount is also too high as per the location You can get another option better than this. Ac also won't work, TV too. No dustbin in the room. Bad blankets. Bad staff behaviour.

They don't deserve even a single star. The only Bell boy they have has no sense of talking. Kept singing loudly till 2 am. Couldn't sleep. Rooms are very small. No ventilation. Food procured from outside is unhygienic. Coffee made in-house had hair. In short, don't come here. Glad I has only one night stay here. Checkout time was 9 am. They started banging door at sharp 8:30 am telling us to "hurry up".

We stayed at the hotel for four nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent service, and the rooms are spacious and budget-friendly. It is conveniently located just 5–7 minutes from Ujjain Railway Station and only a 5-minute walk from the Mahakaleshwar Temple. The food served at the hotel was delicious, and the service provided throughout our stay was exceptional. Even late at night, the hotel staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. They treated us like family, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in Ujjain. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

When you visit baba mahakal temple this is the very nice and convenient option for staying better option. Staff is very polite and helpful Rooms is very well maintained and clean. Owner of this property is also very helpful person Location wise also perfect

Very bad experience. I stay 3 nights with family. Room and bathroom are too small. He didn't provide towel, jug, glass. A lot of mosquito in the room. He didn't change bedsheet in these days. After several reminder he didn't provide mosquito repellent. Only one staff in this hotel, who is dusting, clean washroom, receptionist also. I stay 4 hours extra he charge ₹1200/- for that and in these hour no power in the room. No power backup.

Hotel Food was best. I ordered 2 nos. Parantha's and that was best. I book 1 nos. Small Room , Room Cleanliness was good but the Room Location was not appropriate. It should be Little bit Far Distance from the Entrance or Reception.
