OYO 39358 Hotel Kalyan Palace

Worst experience of entire life, never stay if you have family, was checked in on 29th of September, after one middle man Mr. Sharma shown us a room and 1200 per night with AC. After checking no one is available and counter for 15 mins for formalities, he was sleeping in next room. Geyser is not working of my room and waited for 30 mins and asked 3 times to do something for it there is no reply or efforts for it, after 30 minutes AC stops working, when gone down stairs to ask about AC and geyser, he asked me to do full payment and because of payment was not done he turn off AC by Mr Avinash Yadav. I did the full payment and asked to do something for geyser. He asked us to leave hotel and giving half payment return for 1 hour. His behaviour is so rude and no care about customer or there familes. After long verbal fight he gave us other room which was Room full of mosquitos and insects. Never ever stay at this place even you are alone.

Worst place to stay near mahakal temple. Never stop in this hotel for anything. Arrogant staff, rooms were disastrous, toilets were so poor that you will get sick after using it, the flush was not working, no hot water connection to shower, ac is just for namesake, the bathroom is about 2*4 size you can imagine how bad it is, the basin doesn't has any outlet sink hence the waste water goes into bathing area. Rooms full of bed bugs and pathetic. The manager tries to cheat people so never book it by oyo or anything. Worst hotel ever.

Nice hotel near mahakal temple here..well maintain with co-op staff.. reasonable charge..clean..and silent atmosphere..no dought this hotel situated in street..parking may be problematic in special days of Mahakal..hotel is also provide you online booking facility free of cost..its an extra benifits..after all good and cheap night stay for middle class.. available with sufficient facility's..like heater for hot water...television..room service is also good."""
