The worst behaviour someone can do with their customers. Ordered some thing and after 45 minutes they served me that. When inquired they said it’s normal and that’s not exactly the same. Extreme rude behaviour from the staff and when inquired the name of the manager the waiter said i don’t know bcoz they don’t want to say the name of the manager. Please avoid this place if you want to have a peaceful time and dinner. Thank you

During our Ashtavinayak pilgrimage, we stayed at Hotel Radiance in Ahilyanagar (formerly Ahmednagar), and it was a charming first-time experience in this vibrant town. Strategically located near the Pune-Nashik Highway, this hotel is a convenient stopover for travelers. The rooms, though compact, are clean, well-maintained, and fitted with essential amenities, creating a cozy atmosphere for a short stay. The staff is a standout warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, making our visit feel welcoming and personalized. The hotel’s restaurant offers above-average food, with their misal pav being a highlight spicy, tangy, and a true taste of Maharashtra. However, the South Indian dishes, like dosas and idlis, fell short, lacking the flavor and crispness we hoped for. Breakfast is available from around 8 AM, which is decent for Ahilyanagar, but options are limited early in the day. A nearby eatery, Sai Snacks, serves local favorites like vada pav, but it opens around 9:30 AM. For better dining variety, especially for lunch or dinner, check out nearby spots like Hotel Sanket in Ahilyanagar. Traveling to Hotel Radiance is straightforward. Ahilyanagar is approximately 120 km from Pune, a 2.5-3 hour drive via NH-60, perfect for a scenic road trip. From Nashik, it’s about 100 km, roughly a 2-hour drive. For public transport users, Ahilyanagar Railway Station (previously Ahmednagar Railway Station) is just 5-7 km from the hotel, easily reachable by auto-rickshaw or taxi in 15-20 minutes. MSRTC buses from Pune’s Shivaji Nagar Bus Stand or Nashik’s Central Bus Stand regularly connect to Ahilyanagar’s main bus depot, about 6 km from the hotel. If you arrive early at Ahilyanagar Railway Station, Cafe Udyog nearby offers decent breakfast from 7 AM. In Nashik, early options are limited Hotel Panchratna near Nashik Road station opens around 9 AM, so carry snacks if arriving early. Overall, Hotel Radiance is a budget-friendly gem with exceptional hospitality and tasty local dishes, though the South Indian menu could improve. The compact rooms are a minor drawback, but they don’t detract from the overall positive experience in Ahilyanagar. 🌟 4/5

Very bad experience ...Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner..Also food quality not good

Very worst restaurant. Unhygienic food served for breakfast. They served spoiled food which was prepared for previous day night party. They also served the heated coffee and tea which was prepared for previous day party. I have never seen this type of unhygienic in and around world.

Value for Money. Great location, good service by staff. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast spread was awesome and you can order as well. Only drawback was, towels/bedsheets/blanket were not looking cleaned perfectly.

This hotel is very bad. The owner of this hotel is very ruthless. He makes the staff work but doesn't pay their salary.

Very poor quality rooms, found some cockroaches under the bathroom door mat, no hygiene, the staff is unresponsive when pointed out their mistakes

Dirty rooms, very rude staff, no sense of privacy, continue electricity problem.. overall very bad experience.. do not recommend at all.. 👎🏻
